This accessibility statement applies to the MEET Tool application.
This website is run by Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW). We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
- zoom in up to 200% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
We have also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

Whilst we endeavour to meet ‘WCAG 2.1 AA’ we currently have the following Non-compliance issues:

We aim to have these failings corrected by June 2023.
What we are doing to improve accessibility
It is our intention to continue to improve accessibility with regular internal and external audits.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared in November 2022. It will be reviewed again in April 2023. This website was last tested in November 2022. The test was carried out by the Digital Department in HEIW using the WAVE, axe, SortSite and Lighthouse accessibility tools.
